Morrison's Fish

At the moment Morrison's supermarkets are selling a mixed pack of gutted fish for £5, which is good value
Depending on availability it includes lemon sole, gurnard, herring, mackerel, and sardines

That's good news @zuludog thanks for the tip, my local fish shop closed down last year so we cannot get whole fish anymore.

The fresh fish stall at my local market closed about 3 years ago

Most supermarkets sell fresh fish, but those departments are also closed at the moment
They have packaged, chilled fish, and Morrisons seem to have a better selection than most

There is also Iceland
They have to cater for all tastes, so a lot of their fish is battered or packed in sauces, but if you search you can find plain fish
I have had sea bass, mackerel fillets, various shrimps & prawns, plain white fish, and fish pie mix, which I use in stir frys
I'm sure there will be others

They also do a variety of packs of vegetables; mixed berries, and so on. all frozen of course

Regal fish deliver fresh fish and frozen fish to my door from Grimsby about once every two months or so

Don't deliver everywhere themselves Barbie, they send it by courier where they don't so who knows whether that would be reliable or not.

Mine arrives in Hampshire in a “Regal Fish” marked van and packed in ice
But yes I am sorry they may not deliver everywhere, I just thought as it is so far from them to me it must be available for everyone in at least England. Especially as they ring me to say when they are next delivering in my area

But I’m probably totally misleading everyone and totally wrong, sorry, ignore what I said
Probably just making it all up in an isolation induced daydream!

My local Tesco has their fresh fish counter closed too. I asked about it earlier this week when I went there but they said for the foreseeable future they would not be opening it and I would have to have what was available in the chiller section.
