Hi,

Just did my morning walk and had some breakfast....I intend to have a full day today....

I had a good session with my therapist yesterday...I certainly realised a few things. There is no shame or let-down if I have to increase my dosage on anti-depressants. After all, I wouldn't even entertain the idea of stopping my metformin because I want to do it all alone - that would be foolish. What is amazing is how another person sees you for your positives that you either refuse to see or cant. I would never see myself as pro-active. I would say I like to keep myself busy. However, it's amazing how a change of words can make you see things a wee differently than before. It's a process...
The beauty of this forum is that someone will always understand and has been through it.

we are all individuals so there is no right or worng way of doing things, we do what is right for us.

Often we see others in a very different way to the way we see ourselves and the things we see as negatives others will see as positives.

I'm glad you are able to talk and you have got help. It is nice to have someone who will listen and say the right things atthe right time.
