Relationship to Diabetes

As some of you may know I have been waiting on the 3 month HbA1c test results.

And the count down is...

November 2020 HbA1c 130
January 2021 HbA1c 46
March 2021 HbA1c 39

They have taken me off the diabetic register, but with a review in 6 months time.

Weight is down to 63.9 Kg. That's 26.5Kg gone. BMI 24.05

I will keep up the good work and not lose ground.

Now surely that deserves a gold star!!!

Well done for reducing your HbA1c so quickly in just a few months and reducing your overall weight. Definitely a gold star.
