First of all happy christmas to you all.

my latest crisis is that i have found 2 mole like things - one on my tummy and one on my back.

they are about the size of a garden pea, dark borwn but red around the outside.

they are not painful and dont really stick out?

anyone else had these or could shed any light?

hopefully i can forget about my (now usual) worse case scenario thinking and enjoy xmas!!!

They are probably nothing to worry about, but are worth getting checked out. Most moles are quite harmless. For more reassurance give NHS direct a call and see your doctor after the holiday.

I agree with Caroline, get them checked ASAP, better to be safe and put your concerns at rest.

Hi Bob,

Everything that appears on my body these days, I show to the doctor. I don't a visit specifically to do that - but I do show him next time I'm there.

The good news is that everything I've shown him he has said that it's nowt to worry about. 🙂

Best wishes - John
