vic 60 years on insulin

I use Diabeto Log

I like MySugr, not sure if it would work on that phone

What do you want the App to do? Record what? Calculate what? Give you feedback on what?

It depends on the iOS version on the phone. It should be able to handle updates, if it has the standard 64mb spec. If you don’t get the updates, most modern apps won’t work.

that is a very good question only as there appears to be some blood sugar graph already on it so just a matter of interest
as i use the free style libre on some occasions ie 2/3 times a year i like the graph it does and for first time ever .
the DR at my last diabetic check up look at the libre and with the weeks graph with his help we have adjusted TIME BLOCK for miday
but with years of diabetes i still stick to writing down for 3/5 days to get an idea what to adjust as food intake is fairly stable feed back on blood sugars is my main aim is to see what patterns with no CARBS OR INSULIN RECORDED
possible i like to try new things but i will see as APPS on phone run the battery down . also the pump i use had problems with printing graph s as ROCHE
will only use a windows ten system not MAC book air
still you never know i may try EVERSURE GUESS YOU KNOW ALL ABOUT THAT .
many thanks vic on INSULIN SINCE 1957

Thought Roche were supposed to bring out a Mac version, but must admit I still use the W7 version I originally downloaded 10 years ago. Always understood it was possible to run a version of Win on a Mac anyway? And yes we do have W10 now.

I don't use any apps at all, can't access the interwebnet on my Android phone and consequently don't spend my life ignoring other people, or rely on technology doing things my brain can do - use it or lose it as they say! I can't miss what I never had. I can't even use Carbs & Cals, although I did download the paid version when it first came out hoping that version might resemble the food we eat. However it wants me to enter my Google password to access it and I haven't the slightest idea how to find that out - someone told me you have to have a gmail account - why? I have a perfectly good email address already.

Roaming might be useful sometimes on holiday but there again when you spend long times in remote places where there's not even mobile phone access anyway, it's going to be iffy so best not to rely on it. Sadly Libre doesn't work well for me anyway, so I even have to basal test the 'old fashioned' way!

I appreciate that other folk want to use apps, but I thought they all did different things so thought it best to ask what you wanted it to do.

I Googled Eversure to try and find out what you're on about - and they're an insurer.
