This is just to say that yesterday I tried doing mashed cauliflower. I cooked it with my favourite Quorn mince and crisp cheese topping to make a (rather fake) shepherds pie. It was lovely! And as my hubby doesn't like mash of any description I ate it all 🙂 . So thank you, kind people, for suggesting it here - I'm going to try cauli rice too. I'm not much of a cook so I can't think of interesting combinations, but recipes posted here sound very tasty :D
