Miserable experience

I'm retired. But I also know what you mean about feeling caught out because my BG is unexpectedly falling. Not always, but sometimes that feeling just (annoyingly) steps up. I'm fine when I'm with family or close friends; they know a low can happen. But in company with someone who doesn't know me so well, I am irritated with myself and trying to make light of or pretend its not happening. Also I sometimes know I'm not quite in control of myself because of the low. As @soupdragon said, no reason but ....
