Mio infusion set

Today, out of the blue, I received a box of Mio infusion sets from Medtronic. These are the sets I usually use, but I have not placed an order recently. The delivery note cryptically refers to a separate letter, but I haven't received anything from Medtronic yet. Has any other Mio user heard anything?

Gosh! Thanks Sue. This also applies to Mio sets and I had a couple of boxes of the dodgy ones, of which I'd already used 7 out of one box.

I wonder why they didn't email - they have in the past with the issue about air-plane pressure problems with the 640 - and this sounds more serious. Well, I'm still here.

Thanks @Pumper_Sue 🙂 Two of my boxes of cannulas are included in the recall. I'm also surprised Medtronic didn't email or contact me as usual via letter through the clinic. Well spotted. 🙂
