Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
I tried to order cases from Medtronic online for my Minimed 630G but I could not get registered and the name of the hospital I attend was not even on the list. I emailed them and no one responded. I telehoned them and they said they are having issues with their website.

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase cases for my Minimed 630G?

Hi

Is it something like this you're trying to order?

https://shop.medtronic-diabetes.co.uk/en/accessories/sports/SportCase?standingOrderId=

How do you normally order your pump supplies? I'm registered on the site but the only 'free' items are the infusion sets, reservoirs and batteries. Anything else I would have to pay for. I've just put the above item in the basket (£28.50) as a test and it's accepted it. I didn't go as far as the payment page. If it's cases or pouches/belts you're looking for then there are lots online other than Medtronic. e.g. https://www.funkypumpers.com/
