A FOOT care advice workshop is to be held for local residents with diabetes in Milton Keynes next month.
The event, which takes place at the Hilton Hotel on November 17, is already fully booked.
According to the latest NHS figures this year, although Milton Keynes has made a slight improvement in its diabetes-related amputation rate from 2.9 to 3.0 it is still above the national average of 2.6 per thousand people with diabetes per year having a lower limb amputation.
