Hi, does anyone have any advice? I am finding that come mid to late afternoon I am having quite low sugar levels for me, which make me feel really hungry. I then eat, probably too many carbs because of the hunger but then I spike up past 11. So does anyone have a good tip for a snack that can just boost me back up for a while, without spiking too much, to hold me over until we have a family teatime.

My treat are Tuc crackers. There are 2.7 g carbs in each one and only 0.3g sugar and they are very satisfying. My only problem is eating too many!
