I have been watching and absorbing information from the video below. Blood glucose is covered approximately 1 hour 20 minutes in or just after. Its a 3 hours long video, good to view in smaller bites over several days I have found. Well worth the time.

The video covers many aspects of health including weight, diets, and other health issues.

I have found it very interesting and perhaps you will too.
 

Its not so difficult I managed 8 plant based foods just for breakfast;

Oats,
tsp flaxseed mix,
half banana,
4 blueberries (all I had left),
half kiwi fruit,
about 4 heaped tsp yoghurt,
coconut milk and
teaspoon of inulin from celery.
