Miaomiao3 and wearOS watch

I've purchased a miaomiao 3 Bluetooth CgM reader and use libre 2. I want to use this setup standalone with a TicWatch E3 wearosv2 smart watch without a nearby phone (after initial phone setup).
Does anyone have this setup? Looks like only Tomato or xdrip+ will work with libre2.
Has anyone managed to use Tomato as a watch complication on an android watch?
 
The weird world of 3rd party Libre add ons.

I use a blucon with Libre 1, and xDrip+, which allows smartwatch as collector.

I have googled MM3 and smartwatch compatibility, I cannot find much information.

I suggest to put Tomato onto your android phone and watch, then walk through and have a little play around with the settings.

Also, if that does not bare fruit, consider the Red Forum and Facebook groups to engage a wider circle of Type 1s.
