Hi everyone. I would love some help. I'm currently taking metformin twice a day. I don't.normally drink alcohol but.today I though I'd have a couple of glasses with my.meal. Well felt nauseous and diarrhea. Not long after. Could this be because of having metformin and the alcohol. Has anyone every had this problem. Would love to hear you thoughts and advice

I know metformin can affect people giving them the symptoms you describe but that is usually when they start taking them.
It could just be the effect of richer food, maybe the alcohol if you don't normally have it.
I hope you soon feel better.
