Hi
I have been on metformin for half a week now 500mg increasing over next few weeks. Is it normal to come down with the flu as one of the side effects at all?
 
Not usually. Maybe you have a cold?
 
No, but you should get your flu jab sooner rather than later if you haven't already.
 
Hi @mark1985 there's so much Flu and other viruses around this year, hope your soon feeling more normal than you do at the moment
TC of yourself and as @trophywench recommended as soon as you’ve shook it get your Flu Jab remember you get it free as Diabetic and most pharmacies will do it and as long as you tell them your entitlement of this at no cost you obviously don’t pay anyway
