Ok so my meter stopped recognising test strips yesterday (luckily I had a spare).
I rang the customer care people and they will send another out. Then the lady said we'll see if we can get you testing again. Blow twice into the area around the sensor. Now insert any strip - I chose a calibration one. As if by magic the meter recognised the strip......
Its only a temp fix as its stopped again.
Thought I would mention it in case anyone gets a problem.
