A CHARITY football match was held in memory of a Loughborough man who died just a month after celebrating his engagement.
Daniel Wykes, of Burder Street, died suddenly in May 2012, which was put down to his diabetes.
In a bid to keep his memory alive, and to raise much needed cash for Diabetes UK at the same time, his family and friends got together to play a charity football match in his name at Loughborough College’s rubber crumb pitch on April 26.
