POOR communication between health professionals, nurses weighed down by paperwork and ?cut-short? GP consultations were the top problems in Stoke-on-Trent?s NHS highlighted at a public meeting.
The concerns were repeatedly raised by around 150 people at the conference set up to tell health bosses what most needs improving.
And the audience at the Britannia Stadium also complained of too little support for carers, a lack of doctors at walk-in centres and the loss of day care services.
