Your screen looks the same as mine and it looks like you are in Smartguard, although you don’t have the shield round it so perhaps not. You can always go into the menu and check the Smartguard check, ist and see what it says. It will tell you if there any of the bits not working. To turn Smartguard in go into the menu middle top row and then activate Smartguard. It will tell you if it can’t and the list will show you why.
If you go into the history in your pump it should show you when you went in/out of Smartguard and the history of your alerts. This could be useful in discussions with your HC team.

You mention that you had a bad diabetes day yesterday going low. Can you tell us a bit more.
Could it be the insulin carb ratios? When did you last check these?
Was your carb counting accurate?
Had you been more active.
Have you altered the active insulin time. If you are going low a lot and there are no other obvious reasons you could increase you active insulin time.

I am sure that others will come along with other ideas.

Did the smartguard checklist give you any clues @jessd1 ?

Occasionally I get bounced out of smartguard if I have sensor glitches, and sometimes need to give it a nudge to get back in
