Hi,

I have been working with a low carb diet and have read in a post that someone (I am sorry I can't remember who it was) was trying a medium carb diet.I wondered what foods fall into that category?🙂😉:D

Medium carb is not so much the type of foods but how many carbs you have per day.
I do medium carb and normal fats. I try to keep to no more than 100 carbs a day, however I am on insulin. TBH it really depends on what your body can handle well.

To me 100g carb is just normal - ie the same as I ate as an adult, before D struck. Although admittedly, my daily diet actually added up to 110g.

I didn't eat more than that because I didn't want to gain weight, and nearly 50 years later - I still gain weight when I eat more too often.
