Hi
Please forgive me if this is a totally ignorant and silly question, but you know how we are governed by NICE guidelines in the UK - is it the same in Republic of Ireland.
I am having to buy Byetta on a private prescription in UK, but someone just asked what are the rules in the Republic of Ireland.
I know in countries such as Qatar I could walk into a chemist and buy off the shelf at a fraction of the cost. My son works there but dont think he is able to post back or bring home with him without a certificate.
Does all medication still require the same prescription in Ireland as in UK - or could I possibly get Byetta cheaper there?
I visit Ireland regularly with work - hence why I am asking.
I do hope its not a silly question though.
