or the medical examination report
Why would I have to do a medical
If I have a doctors report to say I am fit for driving
As not on injectable medication
Please help

I’m not sure if it’s different for LGV, but I have only ever needed to fill in the regular form / questionnaire (DIAB1 ??)

Are there notes on the DVLA website that you can check?
