i have been prescribed medical cannabis (not for diabetes) since September last year, just wondering if anyone else has been prescribed medical cannabis and is seeing any positive benefits in their blood glucose control or is it just a coincidence?
that could be a reason but as its for my anxiety and that hasn't improved (some days maybe but others it is a whole lot worse).Perhaps whatever you were prescribed it for was elevating your levels, and that is improved, so your BGs are better because of that rather than directly lowering them?
ThanksWelcome @Dodders88, a similar conversation was recently had between members here which might be of help:
I find cbd oil drops do help. I suffer nerve damage pain after stroke……. One thing I will say is many high street ones are not so good. I’ve tried a few and the best I found is an online company who filter their and comes in peppermint. Healthspan company I use the 260mg drops not the highest strength as these work for me……. I tried gummy’s but TBH they messed my sugars as when they made there’s so much stuff added to form the gummies it didn’t help.
flower (from 20% to 26% normally) and vape cartridges, have tried pastilles - they are not for me!What form is your medical cannabis. & what percentage of it is THC?
