Just loaded the free edition.
It is an app that has a variety of recipes, does keto, low carb, allergies, likes and dislikes, great variety of diets, and also loads up a shopping list, and even loads your Asda order.

Still have to be aware of what’s what though.
I just downloaded the free version and selected low carb and it’s giving recipes including:
Corn
Quinoa
Sweet potatoes
Rice
Noodles

Of course everyone’s different but it’s possible to build meal plans from their low carb recipes which would break 150g carb a day.

Decent presentation on the app itself though but the mix of half English and half American language grates a bit.
