Read the attached today and would be interested to read anyone's thoughts on this as a strategy.

I did not notice the multiple meds bit.
I thought many had moved away form some of the thinking in the article. I have spent years trying not to snack, that having a snack for the sake of having one is a no no for me. I manage to eat about 6 in the evening and then only a drink till 7or8 in the morning.
