Hi, I wanted to know if there are any diabetic friendly Meal Replacement Shakes out there that anyone on here had/have?

I’ve been told USN Meal replacement is ok for diabetics, but can’t find any concrete answers?

Link to USN:

Thanks.

You might find the names of products other members have used mentioned in the Remission discussion section @Maher2025

I seem to recall Tesco own brand being mentioned. Along with Oviva? (Though I confess I’m not 100% sure whether Oviva have own-brand soup/shakes or use other products)

I think the calorie reduction is so profound that many people find the readily available carbs aren’t too problematic? Though some members who tried the soup & shake programme didn’t get the HbA1c reduction they were hoping for. We have had many success stories though, especially where people have been able to lose lots of weight.

Whether they work for people in reducing their HbA1C may depend on if they use them as a replacement for a high carb diet they were having but if already following a low carb approach then they may not be as successful.
