Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
Basically I have just taken my usual Isophane insulin without the increase suggested by their formula.

6:00 BG 8.8
 
12:00 - 5.0
13:00 - 5.2
15:00 - 5.8
Will do a final test around 18:00 then eat but imagine I have lost a lb or two...
 
18:00 4.2
22:00 5.8

So iit basically worked but suspect I would have gone hypo if I started the day below 8.0. I will have to play it by ear on the day. Diabetes is never simple but this guideline was over simplified! ☹️
