A Chicago McDonald's manager said he'd "put a bullet" in the head of a diabetic employee if she was sick again, it's claimed.
The unnamed boss at the River North branch allegedly issued the threat to Carmen Navarrette when she asked to go home after suffering a "severe diabetic episode."
