Hey! Yesterday I made pancakes for me and my boyfriend and I was pretty excited with the results as they didn't spike me quite as much as they normally do...which means i'm getting there!!! I also wanted to experiment with agave nectar 🙂

Before BS: 6.1
1 Hour Later: 12
2 Hours Later 9.5

Not brilliant I know but normally I spike way up to 18 and I did eat a fair amount. Plus I didn't do that much afterwards. 4 x Pancakes with Plain Soya Yogurt and blueberries and rasberries.

Recipe:
1 egg
1/2 Cup Flour
Agave Nectar (as sugar substitute)
Water to consistancy

Really wanted to share this with you guys! Next time perhaps i'll just have 3 medium size ones! But here is the recipe incase you're interested, of course its simple as!!

Sounds yummy 🙂

Glad you liked your pancakes 🙂
Have you tried sweet freedom instead of agave nectar? I find there is a less of a spike. Obviously everyone is different though.
