I found this one a couple of weeks ago my version as follows:--

Get about a pound of mashed potato --how ever you like it
Cut a red chilli and a green chilli into it ( or use lazy options)
1 teaspoon course black pepper
1 tea spoon mango powder
1 clove of garlic
about a table spoon of chopped fresh mint and coriander leaf

Due to the flavour you do not need as much of this as normal mash ---
I have used this in place of mash for several dishes --- but it is very moreish I do not make up more then I need.
 
Sounds wonderful. I'll probably do it with cauliflower and Butternut squash instead of spuds to reduce the carb count so that I can have LOADS.

You might find marrow a bit watery. I'd suggest baking it before mashing. If it's still watery after mashing, put it in a sieve and let it drip for a while before adding the spices and reheating.
