A Chariot Drive man had a 10-thousand dollar insulin pump stolen, along with his cellphone and key, while swimming at the General Bragg Trailhead. Timothy Neyman told police he was taking a dip Tuesday evening around 7:30 when, from across the river, he saw a white male with a stocky build, take his belongings. He'd left them on the bank while swimming. By the time Neyman made it back across the river, the subject was gone. Another identifying mark was a DC tattoo on the suspect's chest.
