He admitted to killing a woman after injecting her with insulin more than six years ago. Now, we're getting a look at David Satterfield's confession to police.
Satterfield turned himself in on Jan. 27, telling police he was responsible for the death of an 84-year-old woman while she was a patient at Parkway Medical Center, in Louisville, on July 4, 2007.
"I think I'm going to join the department of corrections, seeing as I did what I did," Satterfield told police.
"I took an 80 milligram of oxycontin and ended up injecting three people with insulin and one of them died," Satterfield said.
