What does that do? Counteract some of the possible side effects of statins?

I've read quite often that if you take statins it depletes the body of Co Q10 enzyme which is needed in every cell (it's been described as the 'spark plug' of the cell). There was also a research study done not that long ago that taking this supplement can help prevent heart failure so anything we diabetics can do to look after our heart must be a good thing. I buy mine from sainsburys (100mg tablet) as this is the recommended dosage for statin users.
