Hi all, I'm thinking of starting magnesium glycinate for my anxiety. I've checked with my hosp pharmacist who checked my mag blood levels & they were on the low side of normal. As in 0.85. My kidney function is good aswell so they will cope with the magnesium supplement.
My only worry is...thanks to health anxiety...is, is it ok to take with insulin? It says to take with food.
I heard not only is it good for mental health but good for diabetic blood sugars.
Many thanks.
