Been trying to make a low carb pastry. It worked in a way that it looks like pastry. It rolled out just like pastry & it seems to have cooked like pastry. The burnt bits on the edges taste like burnt pastry, but am yet to try a slice of this quiche. You will all have to wait until lunchtime.
Worked to carbs out to be 5g per slice (1/8th). It's a big quiche & the whole lot is 40g carb.
