I am going to buy an illuminated magnifying glass small enough to carry in my bag - I am sure the printing on packs and bottles is getting smaller.
Perhaps there is a case for taking all the foreign information off the labels and making the print bigger now that crossing the border is proving difficult.
When consuming something can make a person feel ill, but it is often added to products, there really ought to be more care taken to show the ingredients plainly and clearly. I hope you feel better soon. Would diluting it down with a couple of glasses of water help?

no its in the bin

What is sucralose? I presume sugar replacement. Should we all be avoiding it?

It's Vimto! A sekrit recipe!! If in doubt don't have it would be my advice. :D

Anything ending in ose is to be treated with caution, sucrolose is sugar, fructose is fruit so sugar, lactose is milk products so sugar I think, well not cheese, eat cheese. 🙂

Sucralose is actually an artificial sweetener and is mostly indigestible so provides sweetness without the calories or carbs
