I have a lung infection and my spray has sugar in it. It raises blood sugar ,I am on 16insulin should I raise this to 18?

Hi, hollydoggy, welcome to the forum.

What “spray” are you using? If you mean an inhaler, the amount of sugar will make no difference to your glucose levels, it’s tiny.

So the answer to your question is no, don’t increase your insulin for that.
