A mug of soup (Scotch broth) and a wholemeal seedy roll with roast beef and salad, just a hint of horsradish to liven it up. Yum. How about you?
 
I had a disgustingly monsterous lunch today :/

a Box of salad (Lettuce cucumber carrott and peppers)
A burgen bread ham and cucumber sandwich
A small handfull of mixed nuts & small handful of root vegetable crisps
an apple
& a small warburtons pancake.

Total of 60g carbs

I was really hungry. Small tea tongiht
 
Quite boring, but low calorie...

2 Slices of Warburtons Wholemeal Bread
50g Cheese and Onion Sandwich Filler
Thai Sweet Chilli Velvet Crunch
Small Pear
Small Apple
Clementine

75g CHO - Tried a Dual Wave Bolus 50/50 over 1 Hour....🙂

Moroccan chicken soup and a seeded wholemeal roll - 65g carb, had a satsuma at 10am.
 
Burgen sarnie, salady bits and a bag of 'baked' crisps. Approx 45g CHO

Having to wait though as I woke high and Artoo's attempted correction seems to have gone AWOL. Still... bolused almost an hour ago so it should be beginning to work in a few minutes.
 
Chicken salad with dressing made from fromage frais & lemon juice, 3 Ryvita/pumkin seed with marmite, fat free yogurt
 
Hot chicken, bacon and chorizo salad with parmesan, feta and olive oil.

0g carbs. 😎
