Hi all

Don't know if this has been mentioned. but I just saw a poster in my gp saying that lucosade is changing. It'll now have less sugar. If you get a Hypo you may need more.

More sugary drinks will follow as well if not already have reduced the sugar content, due to the sugar tax being imposed on the high sugar content drinks.

Have Dextrose tablets instead?

I find this annoying. When I was pregnant if I had a hypo I would be sick and if I was sick I couldn't eat. I would use those little mixer cans of coke, sprite or Fanta, as it was easier to keep in and would get me back up.

It should be people's choice what they drink.
