bluurgghh , i have spent most of the day in a permanant state of hypo , im drinking tescos out of lucosade lol🙄 , thing is dont know why , i have done absolutley nothing different , im now munching marshmallows according to the packet 2 marshmallows =10.5 g carrbs lol

I was a bit like that yesterday Bex - had 5.1, 3.8, 3.8, 3.5 and finished off with a 4.8 before bed despite guzzling jelly babies like they were going out of fashion! 😱
