Just had my lowest reading so far of 3.2 :( felt rubbish and shakey. Can't understand as why because it was only an hour after I had eaten spag Bol.

Still feel a bit shakey now after 3 harribow and 2 biscuits. Will test again in a few mins

Sorry to hear this Megan. It might be that the Spag Bol took its time digesting - it does with me! Hope your levels are better soon 🙂

Thanks just read a 4.4 I'll test again in 15 mins and if it's still under about 5.5 I'll have a piece of fruit loaf before bed
