Was just wondering what people's lowest ever blood sugars were.

mine is 1.3.

my mum's is 0.1

0.1? I thought meters hit 'LO' before they got down that far! 😱 My lowest was 1.7 - I think that's the only one I've had that was below 2, although I've had quite a few in the 2s.

mine when in hospital was LOW

She was in hospital at the time, so their meter displayed the number instead of LO

Well I have no clue - I've seen LO a few times so I know that's 1.7 and below but not had an inpatient BG done since 1972 and paramedics/A&E meters are the same as mine ie LO. Though once the paramedic couldn't even get a reading ....

I've had a couple in the 1s... 1.4 and 1.6 I believe, but very very rare. My liver is quite good/annoying and usually dumps glucose by the time I get to 3.3!!

I've been told my meter read LO twice now but the lowest I can 'remember' being is 1.2 and that's only because I wrote it down. As far as I know my meter reads 'LO' when you're less than 1.0. I'm glad your mum was in hospital when she got that reading, that's horrifying.

Lol, I read 'inpatient' as 'impatient' 🙂

I've hit 1.7 & 1.9 once each - not nice and hopefully never again lol - how am I kidding

Carol's lowest was 1.7 and she didn't even feel it. It got discovered during a routine test 😱

I had my lowest today(ever) which was 2.9 which scared the heck out of me but it was my own fault.I was so pleased I found a stray test strip under my couch.

Wow Steff, how did that happen? 😱

Er I am not sure all I can put it down to is the fact I had nothing to eat for 16 hours,im ashamed to say.

You're not making room for Saturday are you? Do be careful Steff - have a little something my dear 🙂
