Hi, ive had times like that to! usually i can put it down to something i did earlier in the day, or even the day before! sometimes i find 'worrying' can lower sugars, or even excitement.

I would try to think back at whats been going on over the last couple of days- maybe youve been on your feet more than usual?- or being more active at work? or have you eaten less?- maybe because your stressed over something?

But i must confess, sometimes there just doesnt seem to be an answer! But keep an eye on your BG's and if the situation doesnt improve- seek professional help straight away.

I would second everything Anthony has said. Stick with it, hypos can be like that from time to time, from someone who has spent many late nights drinking bru and munching.🙂

It has also been very cold and it takes more energy to keep warm. Hot chocolate is a tasty way of getting more sugar if you need it.

well i was at the gym the nite before and i havent been to the gym for ages so i think that mite of tired me out. my sugars eventually went up so i was ok 🙂

just wanted to chek if thats normal lol

thanks for all ur advice
