I usually test my blood twice a week, morning fast, on a Wed. and at the weekends.
Numbers are usually between 6.7 and 7.3mmol/l
Last week I did a test one afternoon, about six hours after breakfast, the reading was 4.8mmol/l
Today I did a test around 4.5hours after breakfast; it gave a reading of 4.1
As I am not on medication for diabetes, I?ve been wondering these low figures are a problem that I should address.
Your comments would be appreciated.

Not a problem at all John, excellent numbers! 🙂 For people on medication, below 4.0 mmol/l is considered hypoglycaemia (hypo/low blood sugar), but for non-diabetics and people on no medication for diabetes, this can go down to 3.5 mmol/l, so your numbers are fine and show that you are doing a good job of controlling your levels - well done! 🙂

Thanks for reassurance that all is well.
I don't usually let numbers bother me but it's better to be safe than sorry. :D
