This is just something I read on the internet - and it might even have been on Twitter and I am really amazed at the way people post on there - but, it was reported that analysis of the test results of people suffering from the Corvid 19 illness in China show that those with the worst symptoms, including death, had low levels of cholesterol LDL and - I think triglycerides.
I was reading this morning before going to bed, so my recollection on it being the triglycerides might not be accurate.
It could perhaps be why diabetes is a red flag - because we are put on statins from day one diabetics would be put at risk rather than being at risk.
Perhaps this will be the final screw in the coffin of the debate, or rather lack of it, about cholesterol, and maybe even fats.
