So being doing the low (80-100g) carb (that’s really low for me!!) for about 2 weeks now and I can say that after being t2 for nearly 10yrs and quitting the meds, I have brought my bg down from high teens to low teens and into single figures!!! Whoop!!! Am pretty much buzzing right now!!! Hubby has just found a recipe for keto brownies, they will have to be a special treat as the cost of almond flour is horrendous!!!! Hopefully the weight will follow suit and come down gradually too!!!!

Well done!

That is fantastic.
Well done !!!

Great stuff @toni french

Really pleased you have found a system that works so well for you. Congratulations on your progress so far 🙂

That's excellent Toni.
Yes, as your finding low-carb eating does work for some of us. It gets easier to do as time goes on, and the results will be your motivation.
For me there is always a time-lag for the weight to come down, so you may need to be patient with that - it will happen

Well done @toni french , yes low carb worked for me too. Glad it’s going well for you

Well done, I stick to around 75-80g carbs per day as well.
