Looks lovely Mark. Is the husk powder and sukrin melis easy to access here? Are there alternatives?

I get psyllium husk powder from Buy Wholefoods Online. That's where I get all my weird ingredients. Sukrin is available from their uk website but any sweetener will do.

Hi guys. I thought I posted this recipe somewhere.🙂 I used Natvia sweetener instead of the Sukrin, & did orange flavoured cream instead of coffee.

Would ground flax work instead of psyllium do you think?
I am slightly deterred by the amount of eggs, 9 altogether? Wow!

Psyllium is used as a binder & I believe ground flax can be too, so it may work.
