Low carb meals

Went out to lunch today with two friends of mine locally and was very pleased to see a "low carb" burger where you could have your choice of meat without the bun and with salad instead of fries. Hope other places cotton on to this.

I must admit I do enjoy burgers at home,I have them without a bun and serve them on a plate with stir fried vegetables and poached eggs

Some of the new places near us offer 'breadless boxes' for takeaway. I think once the business owners recognise it as an opportunity, more and more will consider offering the option. I bit like the way vegan food and options are becoming much more widely available these days.

I like eating fish and a few chips on the beach. Now we know which places offer fish without batter, and head for them. Along with a shared small portion of chips in a counted allocation we can enjoy sitting on the sand and watching the sunset.
