hi all, i need your help. Ive just started to try cutting out carbs but dont know if im doong this right, im pretty much eating the same things everyday until i can figure this out so at the moment breakfast is scrambled egg with some ham/bacon, lunch is some form of wafer thin ham, sweetcorn, pepper, carrots, cucumber with a small ammount of cheese and pineapple on top, dinner was a cheesey leek bake with peas and an egg. Im confused as to wether all that veg constitutes low carb???
This is a significant reduction in carbs fir me, im a real carb addict, bread and crisps etc so i want to make sure im doing this right and havent just swapped to things equally as bad. I have a significant ammount of weight to lose.
Im a fussy eater and dont eat any sauces, or dressings on anything ( also have a weird thing about white food like fish) so am struggling to find other things... i would appreciate some breakfast ideas, would yoghurt and some fruit be ok. Im type 2 taking dapagliflozin.
Also i was googling low carb snacks and pork scrathings came up - it would amazing if i could still have these but i find it hard to believe that these could be considered resonable... any help greatly appreitated...
