Hi , could anyone recommend any good cook books or web sites for low carb cooking please ? Thank you in advance xx
 
Are you looking for very low carb? Ie Keto with ground almonds, coconut flour etc?
 
I’ve found a lot of good info and ideas from The Diabetes Cooking Book by Fiona Hunter and Heather Whitney, and Tom Kerridge’s Dopamine Diet.

There's lots of free info and recipes on there - it is a bit American tho' (calling vegetables by weird names like zucchini, eggplant and rutabaga) - but what the heck!! 😱😛:D
